Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or fall under non-returnable categories are not eligible.
Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged, defective, or missing items.
- The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label clearly visible
- The full unboxing process without cuts
- Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video/photos (if applicable)
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you with return instructions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the product passes quality inspection.
- You will receive your refund within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:
- UPI, or
- Bank transfer
- Customers must provide correct payment details to avoid delays.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
- Please report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images and unboxing video proof for faster resolution.
