You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with all applicable accessories
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

Unboxing Video Required

For your protection and ours, a clear, continuous unboxing video is required for return requests.

Please begin recording before opening the package and continue until the product has been fully unpacked and checked.

The video should clearly show:

  • The package before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The product and its condition
  • Any damage, defect, or missing item

A return or product-condition claim may not be approved if the required unboxing video is not provided.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your unboxing video
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Items That May Not Qualify
